What happens if i dont like the items?
You can return any item to us within 28 days. The item(s) must be unused and packed. Unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered you will have to pay the return postage. Please obtain proof of posting.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK P&P (inc VAT) is £2.95 for orders below £10, £3.95 for orders £10 to £25, £3.95 for orders £25 to £75 or £5.95 for orders £75 to £150 and £6.95 for orders over £150. We use Royal Mail or couriers and a signature may be required on delivery.
Why is VAT added?Prices are shown excluding and then including VAT. VAT is payable in the UK and EU countries. Proceed through checkout to see the total prices with VAT added if applicable.
Do you have a shop?
We dont have a shop, we are pure internet shopping.
I dont have a Paypal account how can i get one?
You can pay with www.paypal.com very easily. PayPal allows anyone with an email address to securely and conveniently send payments online.

We dont accept credit cards here. But you can use Paypal or order via Whipperleys Military & Outdoor which has a shopping cart system and accepts visa, delta, mastercard, switch, uk maestro, solo, visa electron, paypal, nochex or uk cheque/postal order.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the UK. If you are outside the UK and would like to place an order you must email us first to receive a quote for shipping costs and to check if shipping is available to your country. We only accept Paypal payments. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Where do i send returns?

Do you keep my address and other details private?
Your details are completely private and used only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order.
Is my item in stock?
We keep good stock of levels of all products, however occasionally an item may go out of stock before we can indicate this on the website. If that happens on an item you have ordered and paid for, we will contact you by email and offer an alternative or full refund.
